Established in 1939 as the Allegheny County Bureau of Assistance, ACBA Federal Credit Union is a dedicated financial resource originally serving Allegheny County's Public Welfare staff.
Today, it proudly supports a broader base of over 1,750 members, comprising employees and their immediate relatives from Allegheny County government, Pittsburgh city staff, the Southwestern Veterans Center, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
